Job Overview
The Clinical Supervisor (CS) plays a pivotal role in empowering clients to forge and maintain meaningful connections that foster lifelong success. The CS will oversee clinicians and serve as the primary liaison for referral agencies.

When necessary, the CS will engage with clients and provide a range of services, including:
- Offering clinical support to individuals and families to navigate challenges, recognize strengths, and build supportive networks.
- Providing education and guidance to help establish structure, routines, effective parenting skills, and positive communication.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services or a related field, particularly with children and families
- Active NH Licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.) is required; license-eligible candidates may be considered if licensure is obtained within three months of employment
- Valid driver’s license with insured transportation; background and driving record checks are mandatory prior to employment.
