Behavioral Health Nurse Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify patient needs and develop effective interventions.
- Provide care for patients with co-occurring disorders, focusing on sobriety and management of psychiatric conditions.
- Administer medically-assisted withdrawal and stabilization, promoting recovery and well-being.
- Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers to ensure safe and therapeutic care delivery.
- Float to other units and take charge RN shifts as needed.
- 5 years of recent RN experience.
- Behavioral Health experience, including specific age groups.
- Willingness to obtain required certifications.
- Resume detailing psych experience and age groups/populations served.
- Psych skills checklist (updated within the last year).
- Two supervisory references from the last two years of employment.
CPI training offered onsite, no need to confirm beforehand. Travelers must present any scheduling requests during submission.
