Responsibilities

  • Write briefs at trial and appellate court levels, showcasing strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Handle cases in state and federal courts, navigating complex legal landscapes.
Qualifications
  • J.D. required and admission to the bar; prior experience practicing law and litigation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Property/Casualty insurance industry a plus, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, finding creative solutions to complex legal and strategic challenges.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Portable client base preferred, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
