Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our ophthalmologic service lines to medical facilities and physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines, market, and competitive products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and needs
  • Work closely with our Operations team to manage client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual sales targets and meet company growth objectives
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through visual presentations and contract proposals
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a growth-oriented company sales environment
  • Experience in healthcare and/or medical equipment sales is preferred, with ophthalmology experience a plus
  • Basic computer operation experience with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs
  • Organized and self-motivated, with problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Professional, articulate communication and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
