Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients and customers
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance and assist with visual merchandising
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of retail or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
  • Basic phone and math skills
  • Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
