Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the schedule management framework and deliverables for large-scale capital initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, offering guidance and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create, oversee, and revise integrated project plans and timelines to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Prepare baseline schedules and foundational schedule documents for project team approval.
  • Evaluate impacts on the critical path and near-critical tasks, reporting findings to the project team.
  • Track schedule deviations and variances, assisting in the formulation of corrective action strategies.
  • Generate and distribute schedule progress reports, trend analyses, and schedule evaluations regularly.
  • Maintain documentation of scope alterations, trends, and variances that may influence schedule performance.
  • Ensure the reliability of the information presented in the schedule.
  • Conduct regular reviews of schedules with project team members to guarantee the incorporation of accurate and timely data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience as a planner/scheduler on capital projects, encompassing both design and construction phases.
  • Proven experience working within complex matrix environments.
  • Proficiency in using Primavera P6.
  • Experience in the construction sector is essential; candidates with additional expertise in life sciences are highly preferred.
  • Local candidates are preferred; however, non-local candidates must be willing to relocate.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
