Adoration Home Health is in search of a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to enhance our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments based on physician directives, including the suggestion and acquisition of adaptive devices.

• Set measurable objectives and formulate treatment strategies to assist patients in achieving their highest level of independence and functionality.

• Ensure effective communication among the treatment team, physicians, patients, and their families as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of services rendered to facilitate appropriate billing.

• Oversee Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in direct patient care and related activities, adhering to state regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

• Current BLS or CPR certification in compliance with state requirements.

• At least one (1) year of experience in physical therapy is preferred.
