About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Merchandise Coordinator. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
  • Team Collaboration: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles, communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor, and prioritize tasks and activities according to store plan.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor productivity of team, coach as necessary, and maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs, maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area, and promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organization: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Leadership: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
