Parking Attendant Job Summary

At ASM Global, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our venue.
  • Receiving payments from customers and making accurate change, maintaining a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Balancing cash and credit card payments, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Directing guests to parking spaces, ensuring a seamless parking experience.
  • Controlling traffic that enters and exits lots, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors.
  • Performing other job-related duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:
  • Cash handling experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic working knowledge of food and beverage, with the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and neat appearance, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Positive customer service oriented attitude at all times, with a strong commitment to providing a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Ability to work standing for the duration of shift, with a strong focus on physical stamina and endurance.
  • Understanding and following simple instructions, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Tolerant to work under adverse outdoor conditions, including extreme heat or cold and exposure to heavy dust and/or dirt.
