Description:

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Valet to join our team at The Clyde Hotel in Albuquerque, NM. As a Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and inviting welcome to the property. Your role will involve assisting guests with their vehicles, providing recommendations for local attractions and events, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the property and provide a fun, inviting experience
  • Assist guests with their vehicles, including parking and retrieving
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations for local attractions, events, and amenities
  • Communicate and partner with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum age 19, preferably with 3 years of driving experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with hospitality experience ideal
  • Current driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
  • Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 40+ pounds frequently
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
