Job Description

The Customer Experience Director will work closely with our service department staff to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them. Responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, identifying trends, and developing recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to service department staff on customer experience best practices.
Requirements

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Package
