Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical service representatives who interact with customers and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technical service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Travel to sites to provide technical support and ensure solid product and application support.
  • Work as a resource to answer customers' technical or scientific questions regarding specific products or services.
  • Converse with customers and TSR team to obtain information, identify problems, and provide technical assistance and solutions.
  • Liaise between technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of successful technical service experience.
  • Demonstrated command of knowledge in division technology, product, and application.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
