Position Overview

As a Logistics Operations Supervisor at Horizon Vert Pure LLC, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and materials within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks aimed at ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect Deliveries: Verify that incoming shipments are intact and correspond with the delivery documentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and utilize our advanced inventory management system to keep stock levels updated.
  • Order Fulfillment: Select and prepare items for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
  • Material Handling: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all materials.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Uphold a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts to transport merchandise within the warehouse safely.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Additional Duties: Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in warehouse operations or forklift operation.
  • Experience with computerized inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively share and understand information.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and Haitian Kreyol is advantageous but not required.
  • The physical capability to handle materials weighing up to 70 pounds through lifting, pushing, and pulling.
