Showroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Showroom Coordinator to join our team at McComb Window & Door Co., Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing showroom operations, and supporting our sales representatives in meeting customer needs.

• Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information and solutions to their needs and wants.
• Showroom Operations: Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring a favorable and hospitable setting for all customers.
• Lead Management: Input and maintain accurate customer information in our lead management software (Salesforce).
• Quoting and Cost Detail: Assist in preparing project quotations and cost details for customers.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our sales representatives and management team.
• Event Planning: Plan and organize showroom events, including presentations and training sessions.
• Relationship Building: Develop relationships with local industry and trade groups, attending events as needed.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and updates.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred.
• Experience: One to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with details and complexity; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
