- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
- Excellent data entry skills, with high attention to detail and superb time management skills.
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Sage 100 knowledge an added advantage.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $19-23/hour, depending on relevant skills and experience. Our benefits package includes medical insurance, bonus structure, paid time off, holiday pay, 401k, and more.
