Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Rock Dental Brands. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patient care is of the highest quality. Your goal will be to provide exceptional support to patients, working closely with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to maximize patient treatment time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient scheduling and confirmation
  • Maintain accurate dental health records
  • Process patient accounts and insurance eligibility
  • Provide direct customer service
  • Perform general housekeeping and maintain office stock levels

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish (fluent)
  • 2 years of office experience desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
