Your Responsibilities
As the Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist within the Cyber Threat Management Center at ELC, you will be instrumental in evaluating adversary capabilities, infrastructure, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Your expertise will enhance cybersecurity operations by delivering actionable intelligence to stakeholders and assessing potential organizational impacts.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing cyber threats utilizing diverse intelligence sources
- Staying informed about cyber threat trends and associated risk factors
- Examining internal and external datasets to extract pertinent threat information
- Conducting thorough technical analyses using industry-standard frameworks
- Creating and presenting intelligence products tailored for various audiences
- Leading the team in scrutinizing threat campaigns and incidents
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to disseminate intelligence
- Improving intelligence collection and analysis methodologies
- Providing insights for program metrics and objectives
- Establishing professional connections to support operational requirements

Qualifications
Who You Are
- 3-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or IT
- Proven experience in operational cyber threat analysis
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and controls
- Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Intelligence, or a related field
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, GCTI, GREM, OSCP, or equivalent
The base salary for this role ranges from $98,500 to $165,750, complemented by additional bonuses and benefits. Salaries may vary based on experience and location. Estée Lauder Companies offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
