Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will provide a single point of contact for our customers, managing orders and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have a solid understanding of supply chain and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Manage customer orders in our ERP system, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: A four-year degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer operations or sales role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a solid understanding of supply chain and logistics.
