Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Manage customer orders in our ERP system, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Education: A four-year degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer operations or sales role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
