Front Desk Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally greet members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Scan membership IDs and update member accounts as needed
  • Answer phones and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide club tours to new members and ensure they have a positive experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable, professional, and computer literate, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including opening, closing, and mid-day shifts
