Job Title: Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Services: Greet members and guests, scan membership IDs, and respond to member inquiries and concerns.
  • Club Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work area, provide club tours to new members, and assist other departments as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience and promoting our brand.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience.
  • Skills: Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly, with excellent communication skills.
