Job Title: Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally greet members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Scan membership IDs and answer phones in a professional manner
  • Respond to member questions, concerns, and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Update member accounts as needed and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Provide club tours to new members and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Aid other departments with related tasks and provide support as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable, professional, and computer literate with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including opening, closing, and mid-day shifts
