As an Audio Visual Technician at NFA, you will become part of a high-performing team dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of our PCs and video conferencing (VC) equipment. From your first day onward, your technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in supporting our essential regulatory objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize an enterprise platform for the remote configuration and management of VC devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VC control systems, audio/video transmission, and associated technologies.
- Support high-stakes meetings, including Board Meetings, by ensuring proper technical setup and execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, component diagrams, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and support for VC systems to end users.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay informed about emerging remote collaboration technologies and organizational requirements.
- Configure PCs and offer support for Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Maintain detailed records regarding PC and VC system configurations and support activities.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Crestron Flex Video Conferencing hardware and software.
- Understanding of video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Intel-based laptops and peripherals.
- Knowledge of Crestron XiO Cloud technology for remote device management is preferred.
- Familiarity with BrightSign video display technology is a plus.
Salary range: $66,800 - $111,300.
