Senior Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Account Director to join our team at Dentsu Creative. As a key member of our Client Leadership team, you will be responsible for building and sustaining relationships with senior-level clients, aligning their brand strategy with our agency partners, and driving integrated cross-functional teams to increase account growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients, becoming their trusted strategic partner
- Align the brand's strategy with partners, including internal and external agencies
- Lead teams through strategic development and creative ideation
- Think collaboratively, using different capabilities in the agency to present client brand-building opportunities and agency-building initiatives
- Oversee all account operations, including financial planning and revenue forecasting
- Identify client issues and work with agency partners to provide solutions
- Provide honest and valuable counsel to agency teams
- Collaborate with agency partners as an IAT leader
- Create applicable development plans for direct reports and junior team members
- Empower teams through engaging career development practices, maximizing learning and productivity while minimizing turnover
- Minimum 10 years of integrated agency account management experience
- Minimum 8 years experience as an account team leader/senior client advisor
- Minimum 5 years in a senior supervisory role
- Project management expert
- Experience empowering, keeping teams on track, and participating in professional development of staff
- Experience with financial planning and revenue forecasting
- Experience in complex categories / rigorous corporate image businesses
