About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the car buying process, and ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Use your knowledge of our inventory to recommend vehicles that meet customers' needs
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
  • Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentor and support colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an iconic customer experience
  • Achieve sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail or a similar industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach
  • High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies and computer skills
  • Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to business needs
  • Hybrid role with a requirement for working on-site one day per week
  • Must meet minimum technology requirements
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
