We are seeking a highly skilled Chatbot Architect to join our team at Client of Maven Companies Inc. as a key member of our digital transformation initiative.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conversational AI, customer experience design, and digital solutions architecture. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining chatbot solutions that enhance self-service interactions throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Develop Chatbot Solutions: Create scalable and efficient chatbot solutions that integrate contact center technologies, conversational AI tools, and advanced communication systems to optimize the self-service customer experience.
- Lead Integration Efforts: Collaborate with development teams and across business units to ensure alignment between architectural vision and implementation, and lead the integration of essential tools into contact center and chatbot functionalities.
- Manage Key Integrations: Oversee the integration of critical service enhancements, such as PCI-compliant payment systems, scheduling solutions, and other essential tools, to optimize and elevate customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of key features aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and Optimize Chatbot Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize chatbot performance using data-driven insights to improve reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- 10+ Years of Professional Experience: Proven expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing customer service solutions leveraging conversational AI and advanced contact center technologies.
- Cloud-Based Solutions Expertise: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services, particularly relevant AWS tools like Amazon Connect for contact center functionalities and Amazon Lex for conversational interfaces.
- Conversational AI Platforms: Exposure to conversational AI platforms such as NLX (preferred), Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson Assistant, etc.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in designing and architecting chatbot customer service solutions involving conversational AI technologies, experience with relevant AWS tools and services, and strong understanding of integration techniques for contact center systems and business-critical applications.
