Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Runner. As a Runner, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of customer orders inside the assigned venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverages to fans in their seats
  • Verify the accuracy of deliveries to the right customer
  • Ensure proper alcohol-related age verification
  • Use a working and fully charged phone for this role, with a portable charger available for quick charging
  • Follow all venue and event-specific rules and regulations
  • Engage with customers and fans to create loyalty and repeat business through StadiumDrop's culture of excellence
Working Conditions:

The work environment may be in an outdoor, indoor, or multipurpose arena, while being inside a covered working concession area. Proper state certifications are required to perform the essential functions of this role.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in food service and hospitality preferred, but not required
  • State-specific alcohol training and certifications required
  • Ability to pass a background check to work in venues for all events
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
