Clovis Healthcare and Rehab Center is seeking dedicated full-time, part-time, and casual nurses for night shifts to enhance our geriatric and long-term care team.

Position Highlights:
* Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to create effective care plans.
* Set realistic, measurable short and long-term patient goals with interventions to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
* Delegate patient care tasks to staff and supervise their execution to ensure proper implementation.
* Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and across shifts.

Qualifications:* Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
* CPR Certification is mandatory.
* One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant setting is preferred.
