Clinical Operations Manager - RN Position

About the Role:

Clovis Healthcare and Rehab Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our nursing team. As a Unit Manager Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient care for our assigned nursing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Manage human resources, including staffing, recruiting, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Genesis HealthCare's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care is preferred.
  • One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred.
