We are seeking a skilled Architectural Signage Project Manager with a background in both exterior and interior signage to enhance our accomplished team.

Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Signage Project Manager:

  • Engage with clients to initiate projects and clarify the complete scope of work required
  • Collaborate closely with Sales personnel to ensure project success
  • Provide regular updates to clients and sales representatives regarding project progress
  • Leverage available resources to establish project timelines, pricing accuracy, budgets, and requirements
  • Anticipate potential project challenges and communicate them professionally to all stakeholders, offering alternative solutions
  • Coordinate with various authorities to secure code checks, permits, and underground locates
  • Facilitate communication across departments to transition projects from design to delivery and billing
  • Monitor and adhere to budget constraints
  • Accurately document projects using the appropriate software and programs
  • Identify safety hazards at job sites and implement measures to mitigate them
  • Manage client invoicing

Qualifications for the Architectural Signage Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in the signage industry required
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Maintain composure and focus throughout the project lifecycle
  • Exhibit accountability with strong time management capabilities
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse personalities both internally and externally
  • Familiarity with previous ERP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
