Job Overview
At Sun Hill Properties Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent PM/Overnight Part-time 18.90/hr to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have a passion for the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out of rooms, directing calls, answering all guests' questions and concerns in a remarkably effervescent manner. You must be personable and have outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Have the ability to remember names and faces in order to make guests feel particularly welcome.
  • Possess excellent phone etiquette and be able to multitask with ease.
  • Collect payment for room charges and other fees.
  • Be informed and up-to-date on all types of room accommodation and availability.
  • Inform guests of hotel amenities and offerings.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles area.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The salary for this position is $18.90 per hour.
