Job Title: Sourcing Manager

As a Sourcing Manager at Crossfire Consulting, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sourcing efforts and develop strategic relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable business and pricing terms.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives and improve supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business and technical requirements and develop requirements documents.
  • Conduct analysis of supplier proposals and present evaluation of responses to cross-functional teams for consideration and selection.
  • Monitor contracts to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for savings.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of indirect strategic sourcing experience, with a strong background in HR, financial services, contact centers, outsourcing, and travel.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to an evolving environment.
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel pivot tables, as well as drafting and redlining contracts.
  • Knowledge of basic information security and data privacy concepts.
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Supply Chain Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience.
