At Four Seasons Hotels Limited, we are seeking a talented Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious environment, surrounded by the best of the best.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and will possess excellent communication skills. You will be required to work weekends, holidays, and some overnights, and must hold a clean driving record and a current driving license. Previous guest experience and the ability to work effectively under pressure are also essential.

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be part of a cohesive team that is singularly focused on creating the best possible guest experience. We offer a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, and as a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to experience other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts through our complimentary room nights program.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests arriving at the hotel and drive their vehicle safely to the designated parking area.
  • Greet guests departing and return their vehicle safely.
  • Completely fill out parking tickets with all necessary vehicle details and inspect the vehicle for any damage.
  • Assist guests with luggage from vehicles when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Must be available weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
  • Required to hold a clean driving record and a current driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills as well as guest contact and organization skills.
  • Previous guest experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Service Passion.
  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the US.
