This role will involve business development, project management, and technical leadership, with a focus on delivering high-quality electrical engineering services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow our electrical engineering practice in the San Diego area, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to our team members, ensuring that our electrical engineering services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed in their careers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in project management and technical leadership.
- A Professional Engineering license and a Project Management Professional certification are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- A strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, practices, and technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
