About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Overnight Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our Residential Program, you will provide guidance, support, and care to individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities in a group living environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to live as independently as possible, implementing evidence-based treatment and care procedures.
  • Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and play a lead role in daily implementation.
  • Implement all procedures ensuring health, safety, and well-being of individuals and general cleanliness of the site.
  • Transport individuals to access community resources and services.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities essential.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 per hour, plus additional hourly differential based on skills, location, training, and population served.
