As a Business Banking Relationship Manager at First Merchants Bank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a substantial portfolio of commercial clients. Your primary goal will be to grow market share, broaden revenue mix, retain customers, and manage portfolios effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing responsive customer service to commercial clients
  • Expanding revenue opportunities with existing client portfolios
  • Serving as primary point of contact for new business referral opportunities
  • Continually monitoring current loans and customer credit profiles
  • Ensuring current credit and financial information is obtained as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree/two years of college + two years of related work/military experience
  • Minimum of one year of commercial banking experience
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or credit analyst experience
