Overview

At Benevis, we're dedicated to creating happy, healthy smiles through high-quality dental care. As a Part-Time Traveling Expanded Services Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate care to every patient, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Guide patients and parents through our processes, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care, promoting healthy habits.
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Assist professional dental staff with treatment, including suctioning, retractors, and suture cutting.
  • Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient charts.
  • Perform sterilization and disinfection tasks, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Travel to San Antonio, Eagle Pass, and Laredo, providing care to patients in these communities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • X-ray certification preferred, according to state and individual practice requirements.
  • Certified dental assistant credentials preferred, according to state and individual practice requirements.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus, depending on location.
  • Ability to travel to San Antonio, Eagle Pass, and Laredo.
