**Job Title:** School Bus Transportation Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to drive school buses and ensure the safe transportation of students.
The selected candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and customer service, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $42,000 - $45,000, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming an hourly rate of $20.25 - $22.50.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport students to and from school and on field trips.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and mileage.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to management.
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure efficient route planning and execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student safety and satisfaction.
