About the Role

T-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Facility Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a Facility Security Clearance portfolio and managing all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and other related security activities across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct FSO duties, including processing Prime and Sub DD254s, escorting uncleared personnel/visitors, maintaining facility checklists, conducting routine inspections, and responding to emerging security-related issues.
  • Maintain Personnel Security databases to track new employee security clearance actions and annual security training completion status.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local security regulations, including NISP and Defense Security Service (DSS) requirements.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in security administration or a related field of study is preferred, but not required.
  • Six plus years of experience in an FSO-related role working with personnel to ensure contract security compliance with the National Industrial Security Operating Manual, DoD Manual, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254), and Program Classification Guides.
  • FSO certification required.
