Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Garage Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our garages and surface lots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash
  • Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep, including managing sidewalks and garages
  • Operate garage/floor sweeper and scrubber to ensure floors are clean and safe
  • Ensure all daily duties on maintenance checklist are completed efficiently and timely
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with vehicle assistance and provide information on parking options
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Parking industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time
