Opportunity for a Results-Driven HVAC Sales Professional at Apollo Heating Cooling Plumbing

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HVAC Sales professional to join our dynamic team at Apollo Heating Cooling Plumbing. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of clients, providing them with tailored HVAC solutions that meet their unique needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending the best HVAC products and services. Your technical knowledge and sales skills will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

HVAC Sales Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and provide them with expert advice on HVAC products and services.
  • Develop and present accurate and complete sales proposals to customers.
  • Collaborate with installation managers and installers to ensure seamless post-sale transitions.
  • Provide educational sessions to prospective customers on the benefits of our superior quality products and services.
  • Regularly call on assigned accounts to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry technologies and best practices.
  • Support and collaborate with team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

HVAC Sales Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A strong understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
  • Reliability and self-motivation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with short or no notice.
