As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for both office-based and remote employees, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly. You will utilize modern tools and technologies to enhance service delivery and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and friendly support for both on-site and remote employees, addressing and resolving user issues related to hardware and software.
- Manage a high volume of support tickets efficiently, while being available for extended hours to ensure comprehensive user support.
- Utilize tools such as Windows 365 Virtual Machines, Intune for application automation deployments, and Jamf for macOS management.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to find resolutions, document solutions, and ensure effective problem resolution.
- Maintain and update reference documentation, ensuring all support requests are detailed with resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with modern IT tools and platforms, including Windows 365, Intune, Jamf, and ServiceNow.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the issue reoccurring.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively with engineering teams.
