Construction Project Lead Opportunity

Join ZARRELLCO as a seasoned Construction Project Lead to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with company goals and client expectations.
  2. Lead project teams to ensure smooth execution of all project phases.
  3. Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget while achieving financial targets.
  4. Ensure all construction work meets or exceeds quality standards and adheres to project specifications.
  5. Resolve issues that arise during construction, maintaining productivity and minimizing delays.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Construction Lead experience at a General Contractor
  • Experience on commercial projects over $10M in size
  • Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software experience for scheduling
