About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Lead to lead the design and development of a cutting-edge production line for a groundbreaking project in the homebuilding industry. In this role, you will take a pilot production factory from concept to full-scale operation, working closely with suppliers, leading equipment commissioning, and applying lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Line Design and Development: Develop and refine production lines, ensuring scalability and efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process and equipment integration.
  • Equipment Specification and Procurement: Define and collaborate on equipment specifications, securing cost-effective solutions that meet performance standards.
  • Commissioning and Validation: Lead the commissioning and validation of manufacturing equipment to ensure it meets performance standards and is properly integrated into the production line.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Process Optimization: Implement lean techniques to drive efficiency and reduce waste, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Develop and enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure the production line meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
