Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness Studio #0289. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting every client with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge, presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, giving studio tours, working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout, selling memberships to help the studio thrive, following up on prospective clients, participating in marketing and outreach events, and ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every client with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
  • Present the OTF concept to interested consumers
  • Give studio tours
  • Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
