Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel nurse with LeaderStat, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years
- Current State Licensure
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
