Key Responsibilities:
~ Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and work orders are executed accurately and swiftly
~ Complete assigned maintenance make-ready documentation
~ Prepare vacant units for new residents
~ Oversee the maintenance of pools and spas, including chemical testing and cleanliness of furniture
~ Maintain the property grounds, workspaces, and maintenance shop
~ Respond to after-hours calls and emergencies
~ Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as required.

Qualifications:
~ Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily maintenance
~ Previous experience in painting is preferred
~ Proficient in all building systems
~ Understanding of the unit turnover process
~ Knowledgeable in plumbing, pool, and spa maintenance
~ Familiar with appliance repairs, electrical work, and basic roofing tasks
~ Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
~ Availability for a 40-hour work week, including on-call rotation; weekend availability is required while on-call
~ Capable of working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
~ Medium to heavy physical work, requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 100 lbs., with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
~ Good hand-eye coordination is essential, including the ability to ascend and descend ladders and stairs, and perform repetitive tasks according to established procedures.
