We are seeking a GenAI Application Technical Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions at MethodHub. This role demands a high level of expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence, along with a strong leadership presence.
Key Responsibilities- Educational Background: Possess a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in the tech industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to designing and constructing ML/AI solutions.
- Industry Background: Demonstrated experience in a significant technology startup or AI software product, leading the development and integration of products or platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of programming languages including Java and Python, as well as familiarity with ML platforms, LLMs, and machine learning methodologies.
- Graph Systems: Proven experience in constructing graph-based systems.
- Generative AI Systems: Experience in architecting and leading the development of extensive generative AI systems or platforms.
- Enterprise Solutions: Background in developing technical products or platforms tailored for large enterprises.
- Software Engineering Practices: Solid understanding of best practices in software engineering, including version control systems (e.g., Git), code reviews, and testing methodologies.
- Large Language Models: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques, as well as vector databases (preferred but not mandatory).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate and present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
- Proactive Mindset: A strong inclination towards continuous learning and research.
