Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to flooring, drywall, and appliances
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist with unit turnovers, including painting and appliance installation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with FPI's facial hair policy
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with rehab and renovation, pool maintenance, and HVAC maintenance
  • Knowledge of plumbing repair, electrical repair, and drywall installation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
