Responsibilities:- Perform scheduled maintenance on company equipment, including rented and leased assets.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical components, such as motors, reducers, and conveyor belts.
- Assist in the training of lower-level technicians and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
- Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer-owned equipment.
- Working knowledge of construction equipment maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to use technology comfortably.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.
