Position: Senior Financial Analyst

About Our Team:

In this role, you will work closely with the SVP of Worldwide Finance and report directly to the Finance Manager, collaborating with the global finance team at Warner Chappell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee global consolidated reporting for all submissions, including Actuals, Forecasts, and Budgets.
  • Collaborate with global affiliates to ensure precise and timely reporting.
  • Act as the primary global troubleshooter for the submission process.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate HFM team to manage affiliate access and data integration across various scenarios.
  • Prepare comprehensive global financial commentaries, analyzing key factors affecting affiliate performance.
  • Develop, monitor, and evaluate financial metrics, focusing on improvement pathways.
  • Utilize your initiative to enhance the consolidation and reporting processes, including the collection and integration of affiliate commentaries.
  • Take ownership of Cash, Balance Sheet, and Working Capital reporting and commentary.
  • Analyze overheads to identify overspending areas and potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage global headcount consolidation and reporting, ensuring alignment with the People team.
  • Prepare Budget and Business review presentation materials for affiliate completion.
  • Assist the SVP Finance and Finance Manager with presentation preparations.
  • Participate in global SOX reporting.
  • Oversee FIT - Reporting development and implementation.
  • Handle all ad hoc global data requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
  • Preferred background includes Big 4 experience and a degree in business/accounting.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior management and global teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Capacity to identify innovative opportunities and propose changes within the role's scope.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
  • Demonstrated strong research, mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • Personable and easy to collaborate with.
